Gresham Police Request Form Fields

The GPD Police Department Records Request Form separates products that are easy to confuse. An incident report is the officer-created narrative. A CAD printout is the dispatch chronology. Photos and body-camera media are separate records and may require separate review.

For body-camera footage, state the incident, officer if known, exact time window, place, and portion needed. A broad demand can create high redaction costs or fail to identify the material with enough precision.

Gresham Arrests and Bookings
